Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; GST is added to every paid plan. A plan does not change publisher verification, Calee calendars listing approval or how a calendar is ranked: every listing is reviewed by Calee on the same terms.
How plans are counted
The people in your organisation who manage calendars in Calee Business — staff, coordinators, committee members or volunteers.
The calendars your organisation owns and maintains, such as a calendar for each site, team, program or audience.
Families, customers, members and the public who follow or view your published calendars. They are not metered and never consume a Business user seat.
Paying does not verify a publisher, approve a calendar for Calee calendars or change ranking. Those decisions are made by Calee review, on the same terms for every plan.
Schools and sporting clubs
Calee for Education and Calee for Sports Clubs are built on Calee Business and use these same plans. There is no separate school or club price.
Foundation School onboarding is included for our initial Foundation schools, and Foundation Club onboarding for our initial Foundation clubs, on any paid Calee Business plan. Publisher Free does not include Foundation onboarding.
Foundation is an onboarding programme with a bounded setup scope — not a separate plan or price.
Calee for Education — school calendars, structured for staff, cohorts and families.
Calee for Sports Clubs — club and team calendars, set up for committees and families.
Online sign-up is not open yet. Book a demo or contact Calee and we will start your organisation on the plan that fits. If substantial manual data entry, migration or custom integration is required, we agree that work and its cost with you before proceeding.
No. Publisher Free is a genuine entry plan with no time limit: 1 Business user and 3 qualifying Business-owned calendars, with public calendars, website embeds and submission to Calee calendars subject to Calee review. Move to a paid plan only when you need more people or calendars.
No. Public reach isn’t metered. Families, customers, members and the public who follow or view your published calendars don’t consume Business user seats.
Each paid plan can be billed annually, shown as a monthly rate with the yearly total, or month-to-month at the higher monthly rate shown on the line beneath it. Both are shown on every paid plan above.
No. Calee Business prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to every paid plan.
