Calee Publisher
Publish your calendar with Calee
Create and manage your schedule once. Put it on your website, share it with your customers or members, and submit it to Calee calendars so people can find and follow the dates that matter to them.
Publisher Free
A$0 for 1 Business user and up to 3 qualifying Business-owned calendars.
Not a time-limited trial. Publisher Free is part of Calee Business.
What you can do
Your schedule, published where people already look
Calee Publisher is how an organisation publishes with Calee Business: the calendars people rely on, kept in one place and shared from there.
-
Create and manage
Keep your calendars in one place
Keep the calendars your organisation owns in one Calee Business workspace, and update each date in one place.
-
Publish and share
Put them where people look
Share a public link and embed your calendar on your website for the people you already serve. They can follow it in the Calee app or add it to the calendar app they already use.
-
Submit to Calee calendars
Apply to be listed
Submit a suitable calendar for Calee to review for Calee calendars, Calee’s directory of public calendars. Not every submitted calendar is listed.
-
Build an audience
Let people find and follow you
Once Calee approves and lists a calendar, people can find it in Calee calendars and follow the dates that apply to them.
How it works
From sign-up to a calendar people follow
-
Create your workspace
Start with Publisher Free and verify your email address. Your organisation gets a Publisher Free Calee Business workspace.
-
Create your calendars
Publisher Free supports up to 3 qualifying Business-owned calendars, managed by 1 Business user.
-
Publish where people need them
Share each calendar directly and embed it on your website, for the people you already serve.
-
Submit to Calee calendars
When a calendar is ready, send it to Calee for review. Your organisation does not need to be verified first.
-
Calee reviews the organisation and the calendar
Calee may ask for information about your organisation. For Australian organisations, this may include checking ABN details.
-
People follow approved calendars
Calendars Calee approves can be listed in Calee calendars, where people can find them and follow the ones that apply to them.
Verification and listing
Signing up is not the same as being listed
Calee calendars lists only calendars Calee has approved. Signing up, verifying an organisation and approving a listing are separate steps.
Signing up
Creating a Publisher Free workspace does not make your organisation a Verified publisher, and it does not place a calendar in Calee calendars.
Submitting a calendar
You can submit an eligible calendar for review before your organisation is verified. Submitting a calendar does not guarantee that it will be listed.
Checking your organisation
Calee may check information about your organisation before approving a listing. For Australian organisations, this may include ABN details. An ABN check does not, on its own, make an organisation a Verified publisher.
Approving a listing
Calee reviews each calendar before it is listed, including calendars from a Verified publisher. Choosing a paid plan does not change verification or listing decisions.
Publisher Free
What free means
- A$0. Publisher Free is an entry plan, not a time-limited trial.
- 1 Business user — the person who manages your calendars.
- Up to 3 qualifying Business-owned calendars to create, publish, share and embed.
- Public reach isn’t metered. Followers and public calendar viewers don’t consume Business user seats.
Part of Calee Business
Publisher Free is a Calee Business plan, not a separate platform or account. When your organisation needs more people or calendars, Starter, Team and Pro add Business users and calendars, and Enterprise is by conversation.
A larger organisation, or want help setting up? Book a demo and we will start your organisation on the plan that fits.

Questions publishers ask
Is Publisher Free a trial?
No. Publisher Free is A$0 and is not a time-limited trial: 1 Business user and up to 3 qualifying Business-owned calendars. Move to a paid plan only when you need more people or calendars.
Is Calee Publisher a separate account or platform?
No. Calee Publisher is how an organisation publishes with Calee Business. Publisher Free is a Calee Business plan, and your workspace is a Calee Business workspace.
Do we need an ABN to sign up?
No. You sign up with an email address you verify. Calee may ask for information about your organisation later, when it reviews a calendar you have submitted. For Australian organisations, this may include ABN details.
Will our calendar appear in Calee calendars?
Only once Calee approves it. You can submit eligible calendars for review, and Calee reviews your organisation and each calendar before anything is listed. Not every submitted calendar is listed.
Can we share our calendars before they are listed?
Yes. You can publish, share and embed your calendars for the people you serve whether or not a calendar is ever listed in Calee calendars.
Do followers count towards our plan?
No. Public reach isn’t metered. Followers and public calendar viewers don’t consume Business user seats.
