Calee is designed to make family life feel calmer and more organised. We want you to feel confident when you bring Calee home.

After receiving your Calee tablet, you can try it at home with your family for up to 3 months.

If Calee is not the right fit, please contact us first so we can help with setup, calendar connection, chores, reminders or any other issue. If we cannot make it right, we will refund your Calee purchase under this 3-month satisfaction guarantee.

To qualify

You must contact us within 3 months of receiving your Calee tablet.
The tablet and included accessories must be returned in reasonable condition.
The guarantee applies to your Calee purchase.
For returns under this 3-month satisfaction guarantee, return postage is the customer's responsibility. This applies only to a guarantee return because Calee is not the right fit. If the product is faulty, we bear the cost of returning it — you are not charged return postage for a fault.
This guarantee is an additional voluntary promise. It does not replace, exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this guarantee limits or excludes any right or remedy you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited to this 3-month period. They last for whatever period is reasonable in the circumstances, given the nature of the product and what a reasonable consumer would expect, and they may apply after this guarantee has ended.
